Consultation
Call or email with a short description of your organization, the essential functions you must sustain, and any directive or standard you are held to. We will tell you candidly whether the work is in our lane.

Assessment
We conduct a business impact analysis or critical asset identification review to establish what is truly essential, what threatens it, and where current plans and procedures fall short.

Program build
We develop the continuity, special security, or critical infrastructure protection program — plans, procedures, training, and the management system that keeps it current — and support procurement where new capability is required.

Sustainment or transition
We manage and execute the program on your behalf, or transition it to your staff with the training, documentation, and review cycle needed for them to run it independently.
